Essence Yvonne, also known as YVONNEFILMEDIT started filming in the year 2022. Late that year she moved back home to Miami, FL leaving 4 years in Los Angeles, CA behind. Yvonne had little experience in media choosing TV production as one of her electives at West Broward High School. Her experience was put to the test when she felt her little brother who played basketball was not getting enough social media exposure. While feeling the need to serve her brother’s needs, YVONNE picked up her old vlogging camera and filmed her brother's high school games. After each game the next day she would have a hightlight reel and post it on her new film page. Other players and teams took notice of YVONNE’s content and started asking for photos and highlights. During the early process, YVONNE was able to film with travel teams like SOH ELITE to get more exposure and to continue to film her brother's journey from senior year to his commitment to a D1 University. In the summer of the 2023 travel season, she took the film and media craft seriously and made it a business where YVONNEFILMEDIT was officially birthed. She dedicated her time by expanding her craft through YouTube tutorials, upgrading her equipment, and taking bookings from different teams and organizations and never looked back. YVONNE doesn’t limit her talents to sports. She also does campaigns, studio photoshoots, promos, interviews, and direct concepts for different businesses and individuals. She doesn’t place a limit on her imagination and the future and aspires to touch people through her creativity.
